We are not liable for minor bumps, scratches, or scuffs that may occur to belongings or walls during the move.
If damage happens due to clear negligence on our part, we’ll handle it—whether that means repairing, replacing, or providing fair compensation. Every situation is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
That said, issues are very rare—and we work hard to keep it that way. Your trust means everything to us.
